PROGRAM DELIVERY
Our programs are designed to provide a comprehensive and engaging experience for all members. We utilise various tools, including Team Builder for strength and conditioning, which helps track progress, set goals and easily articulate program exercise prescription.
Workbooks and worksheets are provided to enhance awareness and facilitate psychoeducation, while resource sharing includes podcasts, books, videos, and websites are used to support the learning journey.
The coaching process is a collaborative partnership between both the coach and the member. Members are encouraged to take responsibility for their growth by actively participating and applying what they learn, while coaches provide guidance, support, and accountability throughout the journey. Together, we create a dynamic environment that fosters personal development and success.
